I am not associated with this but it looks to be a very clever and promising product. The company is run by a very enthusiastic (but recently quite troubled 'mad profesor' .)
He tried to contact Oleg in the past but this was his response when asked if he received a reply:-

Not yet... Do you have any suggestions? I'd say that you can by all means contact them on behalf of all intellivibe users, and tell them that supporting intellivibe will take an hour or so, and present no technical challenge whatsoever because the hardware is not supported by them, all they do is allow us to support our own hardware.
Plus tell them I'll send them free hardware for evaluation of IL-2 with intellivibe and let them have full veto power over my releasing the intellivibe module if they don't like it!!!
I am of course open to any and all suggestions... Ideas???

This looks to me to be something with huge potential, it is not a large rumblepack 'Buttkicker' type or reliant on a subwoofer, but a digital system that runs independent actuators that can give the impression of much more, directional G force etc etc.... Feedback can be programmed to be joystick or keypress related also as well as responding to sound alone which circumvents TeamSpeak sounds etc.
This is a little evangelical but here is a review of an early protatype:-
