PLEASE HELP multiplayer issue

Hi everytime i try to play online it will not list any of the games, i have to refresh it to see them and then they all have a Yellow mark with an ! and it says something about the NAT. If i get in a game it kicks me out and says cd:3
Another thing is the servers say versions do not match, i downloaded the game off steam.
If you know anything please help, Thanks
