Default Huge French swimming pools..glitch?

Getting ready for the 1940 French Olympics?I thought this had been fixed,so it surprised me while I was recently having a flip over France...am I the only one?

They pop up elsewhere as well....but the good news is that I haven't see huge "mulberry" structures along the French coast recently...

There seems to be a few of them around - I've noticed one in England shortly after takeoff on the 'Cross-Country' Quick Mission.
