Default Editing Crates in a city

I using the BlueSunMod.

I would like to edit some Crates in Puerto Viejo to add Heavy Ballistic Vest, Moll tactical vent, and the tactical belt.

I try to use Total Commander, I followed the step to setup the Extention for AZP files, but I have not been able to access the blueSunmod.azp
I sure i've been doing something wrong...

Could some please help me create the file i need?

Post Free items...

Sure, first go to a quiet place, anywhere in the wilderness will do

1. Save your game
2. Enter the shop, take what you need
3. Drop your items, wait for them to settle
4. Save again in a new slot
5. Extract both saves in seperate directories (azp x "save name")
6. Copy the sector that has changed from the second save to the first.
7. Repack the first save with the new sector file (azp ar "save name" *)
8. Move save back in place and reload
