Ok, I love this game so much, I had to buy an awesome laptop to play it where ever I go...
But I'm trying to figure out how to copy my games from my desktop to my laptop.... I am using Steam (not retail)... If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. Thanks! LAPTOP SPECS: Lenovo IdeaPad, i7 cpu, 8gig ram, nVidia 555m, 64 bit Windows 7. |

In windows 7 you can find the save game file by going to Libraries\Documents\my games\men of war - assault squad
and it was unnecessary to inform everybody about your laptop as is got nothing to do with the save game file. |

I tried copying it from that location, but it doesn't seem to "see" the saves on the new laptop.
Oh by the way, I can post any specs I want here - LAPTOP: Lenovo IdeaPad, i7 cpu, 8gig ram, nVidia 555m, 64 bit Windows 7. I can't imagine why you would even care enough to make such a dumb comment about posting the specs. I was just sharing some additional information in case anyone would ask. So for you convenience, I posted the specs again. I realize it has nothing to do with the saved games, but often times people post this information...I actually got a rush doing it too - so please don't ruin my buzz. |

If your save game didn't show up you probably did it wrong, i myself have a new laptop as well and i just copy and paste (my game) folder in the (documents) folder and that was it, maybe someone else can help you.
Everyone is free to their opinion, i just find it unnecessary because you only put your specs info if you have a error or having difficulty with the game. |

You were right -
I didn't copy all the folders and files - once I did that, it worked! Thanks! |
