Default Has the USA release updated and improved the game?

As the title says, has the release in the USA meant any updates and improvements for the versions already released?
Communication on here considering how important this release should/could be is frighteningly non existent .

There have been no updates/news from Luthier since we saw those wonderful photo's taken in his office, i still look at them now. So, the version of the game will be the same, which means despite Luthier heartfelt apologies for selling a broken game to Europe and Russia, he's now gone and done it all again. He's got some balls though, you got to give him that!

I wouldn't say "broken", unfinished is more precise, i believe.

i would be surprised if we would get patch.
i really dont think that we will get anything, considering the total silence of the devs.
