How to make soldiers dance

How do you make soldiers dance in the GEM editor? I've seen it done in youtube videos, the dance from the end of the USSR campaign

Sing Smuglyanka while making soldiers. I've never tried it, but it might work.

go to construction>entourage>cafe_set2
now there will be bayan and a few sordiers!
press alt+r
click anti-play and you will se there will be dance funtcion
