Default Bailing out from 109

How do you bail out from a 109? I can bail from a spitty no problem but nothing in a 109. Also is it just me but you cannot look around whilst in your parachute and when you land instead of seeing your pilot run off you appear to go under the map!! Any ideas?

CTRL J to jettison the canopy, then the usual CTRL E, if I remember rightly? May have changed since the beta though.

Same thing here with 'chutes, can't look around and the pilot often sinks into the ground on landing. I usually swap to the F2 external view, which at least allows you to move the camera around.
