Default I have to turn trees "off" and then back "on" again to get them to render

I have trees set to "very low" yet every time I start the game, I have no trees. I then have to turn them off, then on again to get them to render. Gets rather annoying doing it again every mission.
I know I have had this problem for atleast the last couple of patches.

I have that too. Didn't know it was a known bug.

Last patch give me enough performance increase, to switch to low trees, and to overcome this bug.
Every time, before you exit the game, you can change trees settings(ex. to very high), and switch back to very low after loading.
