Tested in what aircraft? The Spitfire and Hurricane don't have toebrakes. They have one brake control on the stick, for both wheels. Holding the brake while pressing one rudder pedal will brake that wheel more than the other one.

Took me awhile to get used to it! Weird British engineering.

I have mapped the right pedal to the "Wheel Brakes" in the "Axes" section of the Control section. This works on all aircraft but it is not differential braking - all brakes activate on pressing the right pedal down at the toe end.

An interesting point - the Hurricane (and I am only flying the Hurri at the moment) has a gauge on the floor in front of the joystick that shows both right and left brake pressure but the aircraft does not have differential braking.

While holding down the brake button give right rudder for right brake and left rudder for left brake button down with no rudder both brakes applied. This is for Allied planes. Axis planes have right and left toe brakes.
