Default Have AI or flyable aircraft flight modelling changed from 4.12 to 4.13.XX?

I fly a variety of Il-2 1946 loads with mods that are 4.12 based, ie, HSFX 7.03, so have not flown 4.13.XX versions. I just loaded a patch for UP3 from SAS that updates the AI to 4.13 types.

The AI in my 4.12 loads are all killers, very aggressive and energetic. The AI in the above mentioned UP3 patch load seems to be toned down as far as aggressiveness, still very maneuverable and challenging, but not as rocket fast aggressive. Has the AI FM been somewhat toned down in 4.13?

And while on the subject, have any aircraft FM's been modified for better [or worse]? If you would please leave your observations/comments on Fw 190 and Bf 109 types, Corsair, Wildcat, etc. flight modelling changes you have noticed, that would be appreciated.

Thanks,

p3

I tried 4.12 just briefly (after several years out of IL-2 world) before to switching to 4.13 in 2016. Have not noticed FM differences in aircraft I used in that period: P-38, FW 190, Bf 110, P-39, Ju 87, F4F, B-239.
According to readme files, the only official change of FM was done for U2VS in 4.13.3.
