Default Manual

Is it possible to have a proper manual for the game? I mean one like the dcs a10 with full description of planes, procedures, tactics?
The game is very realistic and it's a shame that there's not a good manual
Thanks

this game doesn't come with manual, it's automatic only

Seriously: for tactics, procedures and description just google it. There's no CCRP or CCIP, egress tactics or laser arming in CloD.

I agree a little something to cover the most used planes in the campaign would be nice, but search around the forums and you'll find everything you need to get yourself flying, fighting and destroying your engine with CEM in notime

I posted it already somewhere, but:
a) there is a manual, in case, you haven't noticed... I think it's a pdf somewhere on the standard release. The manual is not bad in general, imo, though it doesn't really provide in-depth information.
b) having a 600+ pages manual would indeed be cool, but, since you have got more than one plane to fly, probably very many after an expansion or two, I guess that isn't really possible.
On the other hand, there's a lot of original documentation available on the web, something which may or may not be the case with more recent planes due to secrecy reasons. So, as it is almost tradition since Il-2, people throw around a lot of material for the real things to discuss and also to learn to fly.

Ok so you are going to download this manual then??. I hope you know its the same one as the one thats in your steam folder. But then again most people here with problems are too thick to find the manual let alone keep a computer healthy and up to scratch to play a game.I feel really really sorry for the devs to try and iron out the game when most of the people having problems should stick to ps3s or xboxes

I think your the one outta line mate, the OP asked a question politely and said thank you, what more do you want? People come here for help, not to be bagged by keyboard hero's for asking a question in the right way.

Strange, i was thinking that the current manual was for a ps3 game!

To be realistic and out of jokes:
i suppose that for a manual for a game like that at least you should have:

a picture of the plane's cockpits with all the instrument list and position (i know and i was able to do alone, but i did all alone and at this point a manual is not usefull).

the pilot's manual for EVERY plane with the explanation of how to reach the maximum speed, how to have the best climb rate, the maximum and minumum temperature of oil and water, the maximum rpm, the take off configuration, the procedures to start the engines. (some aircraft have most of that, but some others , like spitfire, no; some others plane simply are not on the manual!)

A brief general explanation of the different engine damages and the reason they could occurr, how to avoid it etc. etc.

If someone thinks that a manual having that data could be helping too much the people that (like me and the people of my wing) can do it alone, moreover because are people that want to fly on the maximum of realism (they can always fly without CEM! snort..) i simply answer that the reason of a manual is to help the people to do that.
There are tons of pages talking about the meaning of the configuration of the graphics and on the menu description (things that also my five years old nephew is able to manage in a little time) but nothing helping you in starting the engines and taking off, for example, with the blenheim...

It will be done i hope, like all the other problems of the games, i really hope so, and the proof is that i'm writing here, but unlike all the people that are defending the team for everything in that forum, the 1c cheerleaders, i think that when someone buy a beta, is better and more professional to say that. I would buy it also in beta, as a thank for the job for il2 that gave and gives to me still alot of fun, but is more professional to say indeed that the game like it is now, is a BETA. And it seems to be not only my opinion, reading the voting gave at that game by alot of sites..
