goodwood to manston flight

In the british campagin. The ferry flight from Goodwood to Manston. i land at Manston and get the Mission completed sign. But when i press the esc button instead of going to the next screen I go to desk top and am unable to back into the game. Also what happened on the same mission. half of Manston is floating in the air and the other half is normal.
