what does this black death track mean?what is it good for?

It´s one of the tracks that got added to the latest patch, and if I remember correctly has the same name as one of the most resource heavy tracks in the original IL 2, used for benchmarking purposes.

(btw, you will not find it in the records folder under my documents but in the steam CoD folder so...program files-» Steam -» steamapps -» common -» cliffs of dover -» records)

It's ment as a benchmark-track, basically. It was created because many people had difficulties in comparing settings and framerates due to not having the same missions available.

The track is now a common factor for all users when it comes to benchmarking, and one has one less headache to worry about when doing a benchmark.

It's a different track but it is still a ground pounding type mission.
There is a video of it around somewhere.
