Question startup ME110

does anyone understand what he says?
Couldnt find anything in english.

Would like to know startup procedures of ME110.
I can start the engines but cant get it off the ground yet.

By the way, I know it is finnish, the AI of the finnish airforce in the old IL2 also talked like that.
