Game doesnt start correctly ! HELP !

Hi, my game doesnt start correctly.

1. I see the Plane crosshair
2. black screen comes up
3. than i see the crosshair, black field down and a sky up with a chat window.

Can someone help me, or 1C Company fix it.

I installed the newest drivers, directX, runtime.
