Collector Edition's map
I don't know if it has been asked and answered before, but anyway I would like to make a request that concerns most of us.
Is it possible for anyone who got the Collector's Edition to scan and upload somewhere the included map? Many thanks to anyone who will offer this assistance to the rest of the community!

Someone did make a scan of the map from the Russian version here, unfortunately it is in Russian.
