Default In Russia it's still "Battle of Britain"

Why is it still called 'Battle of Britain' in Russian release (see Box art, etc) but "Cliffs of Dover" everywhere else? Does this confirm that UBIlimp did, in fact, make that ridiculous marketing decision over a possible objection by 1C/Oleg? I mean, doesn't 1C directly market/publish its own products inside Russia?

Sorry if this question has been asked/answered elsewhere...
