Please add "active Pause" and make me the most happy man on the planet !

I love Jagged Alliance, Xcom, Silent Storm type of games. But they aren't any new of these games coming out.
When I discovered MoW serie it was a great. I could finally micro manage my troops again. But sadly I can't really enjoy it in the game because I cannot pause and give orders to all my soldiers.

Is there anyway that we could have on the next game an active pause like in "Soldiers of Anarchy". I like to give my orders, enjoy the show, and give new orders.



Please !! pleeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaase ! I really hope to get this feature.
