Ending bug ( SW3 )

Hey there!
This is my first post here. I want to say that my english isn't perfect - sorry about that, but I hope it's isn't a problem. ( don't laugh )

Okey, that's my problem:
I'm with NESF and ( it's last mission I think ). I have to destroy grey's HQ. I did it. Later I choose to destroy SAM, BUT.. She's already destroyed and quest is still active ( bug.. ). She was destroyed when I fought with Grey's. Couldn't help her 'cause she flies straight into HQ and ships destroyed her manticore. Any idea what can I do to finish this q? I saw some berserkers and I destroyed them too, but it doesn't works.

EDIT: I know that I have to find her ( probably ), but I can't. I saw only berserkers with few super chimera and that's all. I really need help.
