Default Frequency Out Of Range; After intro

Greetings,

I just recently bought my friend Men of War so we could play together how ever he keeps getting the Frequency out of range error.

He has tried the following fix located here; http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=16948 and it's still not working.

I can't think of anything else to get it to work and hopefully someone here can. any way he can force the game to run in a lower res so he can get into the settings to change the res from ingame? like in some games you can set in the target line to set the width and height etc..

Oh and he can get past the intro videos but once it gets to the main menu it gives the Frequency out of range error.

Thanks in advance,
Broshears

Hey Broshears,
This appears to be a common problem, please visit this thread: http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=16948

This user had the same problem as you and the suggested fix resolved his problem!

Good luck!

Not to be rude GemCollins I appreciate you trying to help but if you actually did read my post I said that we have tried that fix already and did not work.

Meh no man, my fault, sorry I didn't properly read your message *smacks head*. Here are the lines:

Code:
{options
      {video
        {resolution
            {mode "<PARAMETER> (I.e. 1280x800)"}
            {refresh <PARAMETER> (I.e. 75, no quotes)}
            {depth <PARAMETER> (16 or 32)}
        }
Your first 5 lines! Following should be {antialiasing <PARAMETER>}.
