Default Question about scope of Assault Squad skirmish mode

I loved MoW. I am looking forward to skirmishes in Assault Squad. Will I be able to build up a squad of German armor, such as Jadgpanther, King tiger, Panther G, etc.? I have not been able to derermine this aspect from other posts. I do not play multiplayer and I like to have the ability to create a custom army with all avaliable german technology appropriate to the time. In other words, how open ended will skirmish mode be and what are its limitations?

Thanks
