Do Mages get two spell casting in Princess?

In The Legend I seem to recall being able to cast two spells in some rounds, but so far that has not been allowed in Armord Princess.


Edit: I see it requires Higher Magic.

Yup, u can. But u need to develop the higher magic skill, the one that is located at the bottom of the skill tree.
