Cant install

Hello. I have a retail version of Men of War. When I put the DVD into any of my DVD rom drives and try to install, the installer freezes up after clicking the install option from the menu. I have Windows Vista home 32 bit and DirectX 11. I tried running it as administrator and in compatibility mode and this didn't work. I also tried disabling my anti virus and all other non essential programs and this didn't work either. When I run task manager it says that "Men of War" is "not responding" Can some one help me?
