can second hand copies be used to play MP?

Soon AS is coming out and I was thinking of sending my copy of MoW to my brother. Will he be able to play it only? Are there any restrictions, like: no two gamespy acounts are allowed to use the same CD-key?

Help with this question will be greatly appreciated.

He will be able to install and play SP and use the GEM editor, along with LAN. But you would have to get a new CD key to create a account if you want to play together.

If you plan on dropping out of Men of War MP, send your account name and pass to him aswell. Its your decision.

You know what? I am thinking: if you don't help somebody, you won't be able to sleep at night.

I am going to send him the original box with manual and CD-Key. I am not going to use this CD-Key anymore, even for Victory Day Ed. Will he be able to use the game with his own gamespy account?

My friend is going to give me his MoW, coz he thinks it's too hard. He played MP for a bit.

I don't believe he will be able to play MP with his own GS account. MoW MP accounts must have a CD key to register and the CD key can only be used once. You should send your account and pass to your brother. The same thing goes with your friend, have him send account and pass aswell.
