PSN already has the patch, it's now waiting for MS to accept the 360's.

Here's a list of all the changes in the PS3 patch, but please be aware that some of these are for PS3 only. Nobody know's what exactly is in the XBox patch.

It will be free. Patches for game problems are free, downloadable content that adds new features levels are the ones that cost

It is, he was referring to the X-Box patch, which is not out yet.
