How do I turn off the 3D messages?

Hi,

When I turn on the 3D option in the game it's literally like every 5 to 10 minutes that it brings up the box that interrupts the game asking me or rather telling me that I've been playing for "a long" time in 3D and would I like to switch back to 2D view.

Can somebody tell me how to turn off this message or even better delay it to 1 hour or 30 minutes or a reasonable "long" time?
