Battle of Britain 2 coming to 360?
Just got a monthly newsletter from GAME (retailer in Uk for computer games etc) and i was looking at "coming soon" on the 360 section, and then also "future releases"
listed in the future releases was "BATTLE OF BRITAIN 2" by G2 games. It has no screen shots or info, but its on the list. Does anyone know anything of this? They are the company that did BoB2 wings of victory on the pc.

I haven't heard of this but please keep us informed if you hear anymore news. A good Battle of Britain game would be great.

Was telling robotic pope (we were in a game together at the time) maybe its an error on the site?
It would be great to get a battle of britain game on the 360 though and if its wings of victory.... then we are in for a treat because that is an extremely authentic flying game!! Will keep a look out and see if anything progresses with it. Hope so.

Yeah I actually misunderstood you. I thought you ment an xbox version of the new IL-2 BoB game being made for PC. I don't know anything about this other PC game Battle of Britain 2. The PC version looks pretty old??

Its not like th AI's are just to good or that they do things the flight model can't perform in your own hands so they can beat you. They are just that skilled of a AI. They will actually teach you something about flying and I have never seen any AI like that in any game ever. Grant it BOB 2 had its problems when it hit Pc but they have fixed it all to the point of damn near perfection. If done right with updated graphics it could be one of the best WWII combat sims ever made. If anyone hears any more info on this please let us know. DESODE

Its right G2 were the publishers for BoB II but the dev group was BDG and they modded and took over sorting out the issues with the game. I helped out for a while with skins and so on but my pc melted.
Will see if i can get back in touch with them as they might have some info. Looking into it.

Ok sad faces on ....
Looks like it may be just an error on site or maybe something similar. The BDG have not heard anything about it at all. "I'm 99.999999 percent sure it has not been ported over to the 360" BDG Dev If you could post a screen shot of the news letter that would be great as i could show it to BDG, and ask if they might do a bit of diggin for me. He did say its possible that it could have been handed to another company to be ported, but DONT get any hopes up guys this really does feel like a miss print, I've had it quite a few times with Game, especially when they said ArmA II was coming out early this year for 360, almost had a heart attack with joy... then it just broke
