multiplayer virtual squadrons ?

hi im new to this site but have been following il2 for ages

do any of you guys on 360 have any plans to start your own virtual squadrons like you pc counterparts have ??

i always loved the idea of joining an online squadron but never had a pc that was powerfull or a fast internet but now i have 360 and fast broadband the skys the limit

if you do would you be willing to take on a rookie pilot
my fav plane has got to be any variant of the bf109
