Men of War Assault Squad Steam launch issue

Hello,

Whenever I try to lauch the game from steam, the ppreparing to lauch window comes up for a second, then nothing happens... and Steam thinks my game is running but its not, there is no tab on the toolbar for it, I cant exit steam and even my friends list shows me playing. Any help would be appreciated, i'm really quite lousy with computers but I will try to give you some specs...
