Quest list? And where's kraken?

I thought i searched every map thoroughly, but somehow i missed a boss and did 98 quest missing 4? Are the battles from master richard and the dwarf considered to be quests?
Where is kraken and how do i find out which quests i missed.

Ah, i avoided that dialogue as i thought it meant i would marry her.

What about quests? I found one i thought i got but must have reloaded.

Didn't complete obelisks is that a quest?
Didn't complete the dwarven see your future battles and the master richard battles didn't do the level 30 fight, are those included as quests?
Is kraken a quest?
