Can't find the dwarven capital :/

My main quest says: "Go to Ardan's Peaks, and find there the dwarven capital, Taron, blablablablabla"

I can't seem to find it:/ Is in in lower kordar perhaps? (if yes, how to get there)

I'm new to the game as well but when i first got there i took some stairs (portal) up to the castle at Ardan's Peaks. The stairs are in the map area "Taron Mines". Here is a SS of the stairs portal room.
