4.09 (posible) release date?

Wen is the final version of patch 4.09 comming out? or is there any news/update about a posible release date?

A lot of us have been waiting for so long on the final version of this patch because for most of us using the beta is not an option.

How long are we waiting now on this patch? it takes most developers less time to create a new game!

I'm just really disapointed that theres not any good info to be found on the 4.09 patch.

Hearing plenty of stories that 4.09 never is going to be released because the guys that where working on the patch found other stuff to fill there time with.
