Patch 1.09 Red Fighters

When the patch cam out today a bunch of us jumped on Storm of War Campaigns as it was the first server patched.

I am not familuar with starting the red fighters much and it was a real pain, Spit Ia started well enough but the Hurri not so well.

Using 90% pitch and 20% gas helped allot.


- you red fighter pilots would know better than me but just spreading the word and trying to help!

I was there and I struggled to get any power initially from the Spit 1a 100 oct, starting up was more difficult and then it idled very poorly, I`ll try the method above. In the air it didn`t seem to overheat as readily and I quite enjoyed flying it, gameplay appeared smoother and I was getting good fps throughout even near Manston which was an fps killer before. The following mission appeared to be a dud though so I haven`t had a lot of time to draw a conclusion but first impressions are pretty good.
