Default New ATI crossfire performance As of New patch

Just wanted to toss my data into the pile After the newest patch this is what i just got during a test run of the game in both Pseudo Full Screen mode and Full Screen mode. Both tests were performed at complete full (highest) settings SSAO on and Vert Sync Off, on London Sight seeing tour in a Spit. It was tough to tell but i think the frame rates would have been amazing if the cut off of the GPU could be corrected.

Pseudo Full Screen Mode gave me Slightly improved and steady GPU2 Performance with Slightly less Severe complete cutoffs of GPU1. Illustrated in the first photo attached.

Full Screen Mode gave me almost 0 GPU2 performance and increased GPU1 cutoff severity and i think it even increased the frequency of the cutoffs as well. Illustrated in the Second Photo attached.

Cheers

haven't seen any response on this and I just saw a post from someone using 2 6900 series crossfire cards running EyeFinity and they are getting almost flawless performance as of the last patch. Is it possible that its my set up that is causing my GPU Clipping?? I'm confused. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or is it just me?? thanks

The latest patch has sent my 6950's back into "underclocked" mode. My primary GPU is only going to 725MHz instead of 800MHz.

In "true" fullscreen, My primary GPU sits at 725MHz and 0% GPU utilisation. My secondary card on the other hand, is all over the place based on how often I jump back to the menu. Sometimes it stays clocked at 250MHz and when that happens it shows 10% GPU use, other times it correctly goes to 800MHz and shows 21% GPU use. Either way, it's not working properly and the GPU utilisation (or lack thereof) is ridiculous.

In pseudo-fullscreen my primary GPU still isn't running at full speed, however it IS showing 60-70% GPU utilisation while my secondary card is idling at 250MHz and 0% use. Crossfire apparently still doesn't work in pseudo mode (borderless windowed).

I can't help but feel that this last patch has actually gone backwards from the previous two in this regard.

I'm using a pair of 2GB XFX 6950's, both running a shader unlocked BIOS but stock speeds, on Cat 11.5.

sorry for the delay spent the last 6 hours flying my RC Sailplane was just the greatest day for it anyway, I posted a new thread after this one.

I Had forgotten to update my ATI drivers to the newest 11.5 version and when i did this patch game me all kinds of performance in full screen mode. Still not perfect by far but its using both GPU's equally at least and doing much much better.

Update if you havent already and that might help. If not then will need to wait for more patches. Cheers
