how to turn aboslutly all candy off in conf.ini

im poor and i could only buy a gt8500 nvidia

so i run the game smoothly on sea at 400*300

oh those flying models are awesome

but on land is stuttering

so could i turn like all buildings off textures beyond minimum, etc so i can jump online with this card

any advice plz on the conf .ini?
