Can we PLEASE have a COD General things forum?

All of the IL2 COD forums are very specific to one category or another. Most game forums have a general forum for general discussion about the game. For instance, I pre-ordered my game from ubi online. Where would I go to ask when that download would be available? (I'm not actually asking, just trying to make a point). I just think we need a "general Cliffs Of Dover forum".
