What I would do if I were Oleg...
the solution is quite simple.
On the very same day of the release of the game, a hacker from russia called Gelo Xoddam would leak to the community a crack, fix or whatever you wanna call it, so the people in the western countries could appreciate to its full extent the original way in which the game was programmed. KISS rule of thumb...
