Own configuration

Well the patch is taking it's time, so why not contribute to it.
I've looked through the ini/cfg etc. files and they seem easy to edit.
My first goal is to fix the pause/unpause on space bar issue. That's what i find the most horrid.

I didn't encounter any other annoying (in my opinion consumer fixable) issues.
I wouldn't mind some help if you get my grip

Well clearly there are some minor scripting errors, The g_togglepause isn't scripted correctly.
Pointers please about how to correct that.
Also i can't find the bind for the game speed, would be nice to know that location as well.
