Default Don't even rent HOE

I rented it, and after weeks of playing BOP, HOE is terrible. Only third person camera angles, weird flight controls, and ps2 quality graphics. When shooting down German bombers, the same animation happens again and again. The wing falls off after becoming engulfed in flames. Just a bad game and it really shows the quality of BOp.

Thanks for the review! I was originally excited about this game, but after all the less than positive reviews I'll be staying away...

Irony is, Ubi Soft used to be the US and European distributor for the Il-2 series.

Ubisoft has fallen a long way in the last few years. GR, Rainbow, Splinter Cell...HOE is nothing compared to how they've failed fans already. They've got a few games I like, but it's just not the same.

Unfortunatly, it happens. Remember Sierra?

Heck, remember what Lucas Arts used to be like?

LA remembers, they keep re-releasing games. Not the right games, but they're trying their best to go back in time. LOL
