What an awesome game.

Thanks to Anton and everyone at Gaijin for bringing us such an awesome game! I finally got hold of a copy last night and was blown away.... And not just metaphorically too... got my arse kicked on the first few MP matches I flew! I used to play IL-2 online quite a lot on the PC, so I'd assumed that I'd have a bit of an advantage with BoP... I guess I was wrong!
I'd also assumed that MP games on arcade would be a bit pointless, but even they turned out to be damn good fun. Hopefully they'll be some more people hosting sim servers soon.

I'd been reading on here about the problems with MP, so I was a bit worried, but I had very few problems getting into games. To be fair though, there weren't many people hosting, but I'm sure that will change in the very near future. The "no kill when opponent crashes" thing is a bit annoying, but once thats fixed, MP will be awesome. Lets just hope the players can build up a bit of a community around the game and keep it alive for a long time.

Anyway, I'll be looking forward to those German pits, and some nice DLC.
