How do you unlock the Me109 g-10/k4 and the fw 190?

I haven't unlocked the G10 or K4 yet, but the FWA5 is unlocked in Single Mission, after completing I believe the fighter mission in the Battle of the Bulge. I'm not sure, but it was some where in the Battle of the Bulge.

well in the battle of the bulge I got the fw190 D and the Arado 234

I'd like to know how you unlock the 109 K-4 too. A guy in another thread completed the whole campaign in Simulation and didn't unlock it.
