Default Wow. I gotta say...

Ok. Finally got my Ace Edge stick. This game went from good to GREAT. This is as much fun as when I first discovered the Sturmovik PC series. I gotta be honest, I like the instant action feel to everything. And the planes feel and handle great, IMO. If the flight model IS dumbed down I certainly don't notice it. The Spitfire is still a nippy little bugger and the P-51 is a great boom and zoomer. It was a good decision to match the p-51 up with those Focke-Wulfs for the demo. It makes it a fair fight at those low altitudes.

YEah...YEAH!!!!

Don't bother playing this game with the controller. Get an Aviator at least. I actually miss the twist rudder as this trigger thing on the Ace Edge takes some getting used to.

Also, the Ace Edge designers must have had HUGE hands.

(just give me those German cockpits, hehe)

HELLO!
I've been thinking what you just wrote all along.
If you can't play this with a Hori Flightstick, ...then, "Move along, nothing to see here."
Damn. I pity the people whom are without...

I thought the same thing. I'm not a small guy by any means. I'm 6'4" and my hands sure aren't tiny but I still have a hard time reaching that rocker button for the rudder control. I started out with the stick on a table in front of me...actually too high up to be honest. After I lowered it, I was able to grip the throttle control from above and then I could reach that button much easier....if any of that makes sense.
