According to one of Anton's posts the game goes as smooth as 30 fps max. I don't have time to search for it, but that's what he said, I'm sure.

At very low flying when I am in cockpit view during the combat I notice low frame rate at the port when fighting the stukas. I can´t measure it but I just notice it.

With virtual cockpit the frame rate is always excellent.
