Default Can you take off and land after each mission?

Just joined the forum im a PS3 owner eagerly awaiting a demo, just wondering if for the missions you start on the ground and after completing you get to land your plane?

Based on the demo, you start in the air close to your first objective. In the first mission you can land at a nearby airfield to complete a secondary mission objective, in the second mission you fly out of the sector. So I think the answer to your question is "sometimes".

Personally I wish every mission had a takeoff and landing sequence with time compression for covering distance between objectives. There is something about that really gives a sense of accomplishment on a hard mission. Once, because I'm an idiot, I flew an entire mission from France to Danzig in realtime in the old Aces Over Europe game by Dynamix. It took a loooong time.

Hello there. Since I also own a Ps3 I am yet to play the demo. Although I'm not a 100% sure, Campaign Mode is just like Doktorwezzerd has said. However there is also Single Missions to bear in mind which, if I'm correct, offer a different experience. I'm not sure though on the details of how these two modes differ but I'm guessing you will be able to takeoff and land on these missions. There is also a training mode which will be good for noobs like me to find out that planes can actually fly
