Default Same problem

Lo all,
I've been having the same issue, sadly it makes the game unplayable, imo.
Has anyone had any luck resolving this issue?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thumbs down still no joy

I installed the patch and the game runs fine but i'm still suffering from the same issue as described above.
I hope someone knows a solution to this problem as the patch doesn't seem to have helped.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

No i have a E6600 core duo.
Recently been on the Digital Mind Soft forums, alot of posts there referring to Anti virus causing the problem.
I'm using Mcafee's but i'm struggling to turn off the real time scanning.
Hope this helps.
