will not start

When i try to start the game an error pops up that says "unknown r_path 'p20'"
what should i do

I've never experienced this, but http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=4184 has this to say:

Go to the King's Bounty Data folder and find the default.ini file. Open and edit it so the line that sets the r_path "ps20" reads that it sets the r_path "auto".
