Who can repair vehicles/Guns?

I captured a German tank and I want to repair it...No one seems able to repair it. They just stand around after my orders. I ordered reinforcements (Riflemen and Heavy Guns men) and none of them can repair it either....

you need to have a repair kit if you want to repair anything...they can be usually found in tanks or armoured cars...

You might be able to find one in a dead tank... Now if the tank has a BLACK section on the damage... that cannot be repaired... only red sections.

Also look at inventories of dead enemy tank crew members.. they may have one in attempts to repair their tank.

Also you can siphon fuel from 1 vehicle to another using the gas tank.
