Error when entering game?

Hello, I need help with this error I get when I enter Men of War.

Since I don't really know how to paste the picture, here's what it says:

Program will be terminated.
[0x52bfa0] [EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION] [noncontinuable 1]
