Is my PC good enough to play?

Processor: AMD Sempron(tm) Processor 3400+ 2000MHz
Videocard: ATI Radeon 9600 256.00 MB
Memory: 1,536 MB

I know it meets minimal req. but will it b playable? I don't mind having all settings on min. Thnx 4 help!
